At Verto, every pair of shoes is individually handcrafted and customized to order. Due to the personalized nature of our footwear, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed. However, we do allow limited exchanges in qualifying situations.

 

Custom-Made Products

Our shoes are tailored to your selected style, size, and preferences. Since they are made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds — all sales are final.

Order Changes or Cancellations

You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at vertoshoesindia@gmail.com. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

⚠️ Please note: Minor imperfections, leather texture variations, and slight color differences are natural due to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Exchange Eligibility & Quality Check

If your exchange request is approved, the returned item must pass a quality check to be accepted.

✅ If it passes the Quality Check:

• We will begin processing your exchange.
• Exchange processing time is the same as a new custom order
  
• Exchange/damaged/replacement product will be delivered in 5-10 working days 

❌ If it fails the Quality Check:

If the item shows signs of use, such as:

• Wear and tear
• Crease marks or scratches
• Missing tags, original packaging, or accessories

We may reject your return or exchange request. In such cases, you will need to bear the shipping cost to have the item returned to you.
